Similarly, the market capitalization increased by N448.33 billion to N34.7216 trillion from N34.2733 trillion recorded at the close of the previous trading day, while the market turnover increased to N42.81 billion from N13.83 billion recorded at the close of the previous trading day.
The market breadth was positive at 2.40x as 48 stocks advanced and 20 stocks declined, while 46 stocks remained unchanged. NEM and two other stocks topped the gainers’ list with +10.00%, while JAPAULGOLD declined by -10.00% to lead the losers’ chart.
FCMB recorded the highest volume, while DANGCEM recorded highest value for the day.
