The market capitalization increased by ₦779 billion to ₦67.274 trillion from ₦66.495 trillion recorded at the previous trading day’s close. However, the market turnover decreased to ₦9.953 billion from ₦11.762 billion.
The market breadth was positive at 3.13X as 50 stocks advanced and 16 stocks declined, while 57 stocks remained unchanged. VFDGROUP topped the gainers’ list with 10.00%, while CWG declined by 8.95% to lead the losers’ chart.
STERLINGNG recorded the highest volume, while ZENITHBANK recorded the highest value for the day.
