UFC middleweight contenders Sean Strickland and Jared Cannonier have backed UFC middleweight champion, Israel Adesanya, to retain his title against Alex Pereira in the Octagon at UFC 281 in New York Nov13.

As far as Strickland is concerned, Adesanya is favoured to beat Pereira in their upcoming title fight.

“I got Israel Adesanya. Adesanya’s gonna dance around, f**ing run around, fight like a btch,” Strickland said.

“He’s not gonna do what I do, he’s not gonna stand in front of him. I think Adesanya’s gonna win, Adesanya has a very strange body type, he’s hard to fight.”
