Livestock Feeds Plc was incorporated on 20 March 1963 under the Companies and Allied Matters Act as a The Company is engaged principally in the manufacturing and marketing of animal feeds and concentrates. The Company’s result for the year ended 31 December 2023 of N230.02 million in comparison with the loss of 2022: N822.22 million in 2022 recorded for the year after taxation.

The Company was quoted on the Nigerian Stock Exchange in 1978. The registered office of the Company is located at 1, Henry Carr Street, Ikeja, Lagos.
The financial statement for the year under review shows a 24 per cent growth in revenue, 82.57 per cent surge in the gross profit, and a 79 per cent growth in the company’s total assets. However, the profit recorded after tax shows a contrast loss 72 per cent.
