The market performance for the week increased by 1.46% to 99,587.25 from 98,152.91 recorded at the beginning of the week.
Similarly, the market capitalization increased today by N466.29 billion to N56.323 trillion from N55.856 trillion recorded at the close of the previous trading day, However, the market turnover increased to N7.10 billion from N5.54 billion.
The market capitalization for the week also increased by N811.48 billion to 56.323 trillion from 55.511 trillion recorded at the beginning of the week.
The market breadth was positive at 1.53X as 29 stocks advanced and 19 stocks declined, while 73 stocks remained unchanged. PRESCO topped the gainers’ list with +9.96%, while CONOIL declined by -10.00% to lead the losers’ chart.
